Meet the Owners of KBD

We are Brian and Kelly Korte and are the proud owners of 3|17 Korte Bernedoodles located in Lebanon, Ohio on 5 beautiful acres. We started the business in January 2020 with the purchase of our two adorable F1 Bernedoodle females. Brian is a veteran of the United States Air Force and currently a supervisor at a local manufacturing facility. I am a former Kindergarten teacher and now run KBD full time while raising our 5 beautiful children.  We are both alumni of Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana. We moved to Lebanon, Ohio in January 2020 with the dream of building a breeding program dedicated to raising  Bernedoodles that are empowered and equipped to enter the world as a service dog or family companion.
